Rare Set of 7 Pocket Dragons pencils with Dragon Figure Toppers. These were Event goody bag treats for collectors club members sometime in the mid to late 1990's. The pencils are normal size and unsharpened. The dragon toppers measure approximately 1.5 to 2" tall each. It includes:

They have been stored for 2 decades in ziplock bags in a plastic bin and are in great condition.
