You will receive everything pictured, including the Children's Memory Scale (CMS) test Manual, Stimulus Books 1 and 2, Test Record Form pictured, and one 8-piece set of original round blue plastic chips for assessing visual memory. The only additional item you will need to order from Pearson is the double-sided laminated grid for placing the chips.
